Texas Legal Protection Plan (TLPP)—TLPP is a group legal
services plan established in 1972 by the State Bar of Texas. TLPP provides comprehensive legal
coverage that is paid-in-full for covered matters through participating attorneys. TLPP’s
participating attorneys are located in over 140 cities throughout the state and provide legal services
ranging from simple estate planning to civil and criminal actions, consumer protection, juvenile
matters, divorce and adoption. ATPE members can enroll in the plan during two open-enrollment periods
per year.
The RxSavings PlusSM prescription drug program offers members savings
on prescriptions at pharmacies nationwide. Administered by CVS Caremark, the program features an extensive
list of provider pharmacies, a mail service program and a specialty pharmacy service.
