Advocacy Central is ATPE’s hub for grassroots public education advocacy. This tool gives ATPE members the information and tools they need to understand education policy, follow legislation, connect with elected officials, and advocate for Texas public schools and the students and educators they serve.
ATPE advocates for strong public schools and an exemplary public education for every Texas student. Our advocacy team, including professional lobbyists in Austin and Washington, D.C., works to represent the interests of students and the education professionals who serve them.
But advocacy isn’t just the work of lobbyists. ATPE members and their public education colleagues are an essential part of the advocacy process.
