The ATPE State Bylaws  are the official rules and definitions governing the association’s operations. The ATPE Board of Directors hold the authority to amend the ATPE State Bylaws. Any member eligible to serve as a delegate in the ATPE House of Delegates may propose an amendment to a bylaw. Proposed amendments must be submitted to the  ATPE Executive Director by December 15 to be considered at the first Board of Directors meeting of the following calendar year. Proposed bylaws amendments must be submitted to the ATPE Executive Director at bylaws@atpe.org.
