Region webpage procedures and policies

  • All regions are expected to participate in the region webpage program.
  • Content will be posted within three to five business days of receipt.
  • The region president is responsible for the region webpage and serves as the page’s initial contact. If the president delegates this duty to another region officer, the president will notify the state office.
  • Content (including photos) must advance region (as opposed to personal) business. ATPE reserves the editorial privilege to edit content for grammar, clarity, and style.
  • Links to social media (blogs, Facebook pages, etc.) must be established for the sole advancement of region business. ATPE staff will monitor the social media content to ensure that it is advancing region business and being updated regularly. If not, the links will be removed (the region president will be notified so that options may be discussed).
