Cynthia Villalovos, B.S., M.Ed., an Ed.D. doctoral candidate at Abilene Christian University, is seeking is seeking Texas educators with no more than five years of teaching experience to take an anonymous survey about the perceptive phenomenon of a teacher’s involvement in professional organizations and the decision to remain in the profession.
