Teacher Appreciation Week has been a nationwide staple since 1985 after it was decided that one day is just not enough to appreciate all of the hard work teachers do for the future generations of the country. (And, frankly, we think educators should be appreciated 365 days a year.)

For this year’s Teacher Appreciation Week, we want to thank you for all you do to serve your students. We know that you have persevered through another challenging school year. The final weeks of this school year are in sight, and we hope some well-deserved rest is on your agenda this summer. 

ATPE Teacher Appreciation Week Contest

We want to recognize the teachers who have inspired the educators of today! Tell us about your favorite teacher, and you will be entered into a drawing for one of two $100 Amazon gift cards. Your favorite teacher could be one of your teachers, or it could be a colleague who has inspired you. You must submit your entry by noon CT Friday, May 12, to be included in the drawing.
