We’re excited to announce a new short-term ATPE volunteer opportunity! The Summit Programming Committee will advise ATPE staff in selecting professional development content for ATPE’s annual event that is relevant, timely, and engaging, as well as contributes to ATPE members’ professional and interpersonal growth. Committee members will assist the staff in determining topics and potential speakers and will evaluate proposals for professional development breakout sessions.

Any ATPE member may apply to serve on the committee. The expected time commitment is no more than 10 hours between December 2023 and February 2024, including two Zoom meetings and electronic review of proposals. Continuing professional education (CPE) credit in an amount TBD will be available for time spent reviewing proposals.

Committee applications are due Nov. 1, 2023. Selected members will be notified no later than Nov. 17, 2023. Members will be selected from the administrator, associate, first-time professional, professional, and retired membership categories.
