The Association of Texas Professional Educators (ATPE)—the state’s largest community of educators—is partnering with Texas Teachers of Tomorrow to bring you additional learning opportunities as you begin your career in education.
This fall, we’re releasing a series of seven continuing professional education (CPE) courses brought to you by ATPE subject-matter experts. These courses will cover:
- Texas professional educator associations: What are they, and why is it beneficial to join one? (available now)
- Maintaining appropriate boundaries in student/teacher relationships (available in September)
- Strategies for a successful start: What to expect during your first year in the classroom (available in September)
- All about teacher contracts (available in October)
- Political engagement for educators (available in October)
- Top education policy issues (available in November)
- What you need to know about the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program (available in November)
You don’t want to miss this valuable content. You have two options for access:
OPTION 1: Access the free content only.
Log directly in to the ATPE Professional Learning Portal to receive free access to these seven courses as they are released. You’ll have free access to these courses until May 31, 2025.

- To establish your account for the first time, click Sign In and then “Forgot your password?”
- Use the password reset email to setup your account and login.
- Enroll in the Teachers of Tomorrow courses of your choice and start learning and earning continuing professional education (CPE) credit!
